Send & Sell Club is a simple, done-for-you email service built specifically for wholesale brands on Faire. Twice a month, your retailers hear from you—without you having to write, plan, or think about it.

What’s Included:

• 2 emails per month sent to your retailer list
• Sent during Send Weeks (first and third full weeks, Monday–Friday)
• Nurture + reorder-focused messaging
• Product or collection highlights
• Done-for-You scheduling directly within your Faire account

How It Works:

Select your delivery option, fill out a quick intake form, add me to your Faire Team and I take it from there.

Emails are sent during Send Weeks (1st & 3rd full weeks of the month), keeping you consistently visible while leaving space for your own launches and promotions.

You can submit product/collection feature requests at least 3 days before a Send Week or leave it fully in my hands.

Note: No proofs or revisions will be given in order to streamline the process and keep costs low. However, you’re more than welcome to communicate any opinions or suggestions for future changes as you see fit. :)

    In order to use this service, you must already have an established retailer email list within your Faire account. These emails are sent to your existing audience of retailers and leads.

  • No—these emails are designed to be sent to your full retailer list.

    The messaging is intentionally written to work for both existing customers and leads who haven’t ordered yet. This allows you to stay consistently visible and relevant without needing to manage multiple segments or campaigns.

  • Yes- with a streamlined approach.

    Emails follow a proven structure for consistency, but are customized with your products, collections, and general brand tone to ensure they feel aligned with your shop.

  • Yes! You’re always welcome to submit requests.

    To be included in an upcoming Send Week, requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, they’ll be included in the following cycle.

  • Emails are sent twice per month during Send Weeks—the first and third full weeks (Monday–Friday) of each month.

    This timing is intentional and leaves the second and fourth weeks open for your own launches, promotions, and announcements.

  • Depending on when you join, your first email may go out within 1–2 weeks.

    To be included in an upcoming Send Week, you must sign up at least 3 days before that send window. Otherwise, you’ll be included in the next cycle.

  • Nope! And that’s the goal! Once you’re set up, everything is handled for you. If you’d like something specific featured, you can submit it ahead of time—but otherwise, you don’t need to manage anything.

  • No. These emails follow a proven, streamlined structure designed for consistency and performance across a variety of brands. We will incorporate your brand voice, products and brand mission to tailor the emails to your brand and audience each week. Once completed, the email will be scheduled to send. You are welcome to go in and make edits as needed, but to keep the process streamlined, and hands-off for you, we do not do weekly revisions.
